How do I set up multiple SMTP servers?
Open the Edit menu and choose Mail & Newsgroup Account Settings. Choose Outgoing Server (SMTP). Click on Add to add new SMTP servers.
To set the outgoing server for an identity, in the Mail & Newsgroup Account Settings panel, choose the account/identity you'd like to assign the SMTP server to. At the bottom of the "Name/Address/Organization" panel, there's a drop-down menu to choose an "Outgoing Server (SMTP)".
