How do I re-order the list of subscribed newsgroups?

There isn't a way to do it in the user interface; but you can still do it.

Close SeaMonkey.
In the \News\ folder of your profile folder, there is an RC file for each news server. You can open that file in a text editor, such as Notepad, and re-arrange the lines.
