How can I use a spell checker in browser text fields? (web forums, search fields)

First, you must have the standard spellchecker, that was available in the SeaMonkey installer, installed. If you don't, you can install the XPI from the Mozilla FTP server.

SeaMonkey 1.1: There is a built-in browser spell-checker in version 1.1; so all you need to do is right-click on a text field, make sure Spell check this field is check marked. You should then see a red line under words spelt incorrectly.

SeaMonkey 1.0: Using SeaMonkey, install the SpellBound extension. Choose the Mozilla Suite install package. A Check Spelling option will be in the context menu (Right-click).
